the hotel was gorgeous, and our room was incredibly comfortable and relaxing. the rooftop pool was amazing and provided a refreshing escape from the heat. the staff, especially Ms. So Leakena, were incredibly helpful and lovely. the location along the river was beautiful and peaceful, but still conveniently close to everything we wanted to explore. We were so impressed by the hotel that our one-night stay turned into four days!
It was all superb! 😊.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was comfortable and relaxing, and the location was perfect, close to the center but still peaceful. The staff treated me amazingly well, making me feel welcomed and taken care of throughout my stay.
The breakfast offerings could use a bit more variety, but overall, everything else about this hotel, from the room to the staff, was amazing.

The Palm Tree Restaurant serves both Khmer and Western cuisine from morning till night. I felt like a secret agent with my own access code. So fancy!
Trying to meet the local government and insurance companies' expectations about my hiring decisions was such a blast!

Rooms are nice and with good furnishing, hotel staff was very helpful
There was no Wifi (or weak signal) in the rooms, only in the common parts such as lobby, restaurant, rooftop etc. The hotel was very helpful in booking a bus ticket for us, but that resulted in quite an overcharge (or service fee, depends on how you see it).

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff at the front desk made us feel right at home. They were friendly, professional, and provided us with helpful information about the hotel and the area. The room we were given was spacious and had a fantastic balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee. The hotel was spotlessly clean, especially the rooftop pool which was a perfect way to cool off after a day of exploring. The location was ideal, being just a short walk away from the lively pub street and night market. There were also some great little cafes along the way. The staff at this hotel really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, always offering a warm smile and ready to assist with any request. we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this place to family and friends.
